Drumming Club

Our drumming club use African djembe drums. Join Mrs Glineur to practise hard, learning some quite complex rhythms and work towards performing in our church services.

Girls Football with Swerve Soccer

Classes are designed to enhance social inclusion, ball mastery skills and technical attributes for all abilities. Swerve Soccer aim to build confidence on the ball through fun and engaging sessions all whilst building players individually by maximising touches on the ball.

Samba

This is a chance to play and develop samba rhythms using percussion instruments. The children will learn different exciting rhythms and play them in groups on different instruments. Everyone gets a go on everything over the weeks (the djembe drums are always popular!)

Children practice to serve (with an overarm throw) rally, and learn to play points. Coaches will help children to develop adaptive skills, coordination, balance & speed. Through basic instruction, children continue to prepare for the game ahead.

At Zylo drama clubs children learn and grow through exciting drama-school inspired activities and games. They work as a team to put on performances whilst being guided by experienced practitioners, developing a robust understanding of drama, presentation and the value of teamwork, all right at school!
